We personally submit a photo and the descriptive elements of your home to ensure that you have the best possible representation on the MLS.

All of our property listings are online under Featured Listings on our website as well as on all local websites that subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service. Research from the National Association of Realtors indicates that more than 80% of home buyers now begin the buying process online. Our website includes the most advanced tools available, including Active Maps and automatic email notifications, to give buyers the most reason to keep coming back.


We believe every home is created equal and deserves to shine.  This is why we provide professional edited photography, Matterport 3D tours and drone videos for all of our listings.  We have our own in-house Marketing Director/Photographer who will also virtual stage homes that allow for it.  All of these services are at no extra cost to you.  87% of people on the home search decide to view a home based on the initial photos they see online.  First impression is everything. 

Our Marketing Director ensures your home gets seen.  We pay for Facebook, Instagram & Google AD's, Open House AD's, direct marketing mailers, our office digital sign on HWY 20 will display your home for sale, monthly newsletter mailers, and agent to agent direct marketing through the MLS. Our Buyer Specialists are on high alert even before your listing goes live. They work with an abundance of buyers and many times we can get your home pending before it even has to go live.  We do more for you, so your home gets the most exposure.
